  • (1) The Company entrusts the processing of personal information to external specialised companies for the purpose of fulfilling the service as follows:

    (2) In accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, when entering into an entrustment contract, the Company specifies in documents such as contracts the prohibition of processing personal information other than for the purpose of performing entrusted tasks, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-consignment, management and supervision of the entrustee, and responsibilities such as compensation for damages, and supervises whether the entrustee processes personal information safely.

    (3) If the contents of the entrusted work or the entrustee change, we will disclose it through this Privacy Policy without delay.

  • (1) Customers may exercise their rights related to the protection of personal information, such as viewing, correcting and deleting personal information, and requesting the suspension of processing, at any time, in accordance with relevant statutes such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

    (2) The rights under paragraph (1) may be exercised through e-mail or telephone as described in Article 10 below, and the Company will take action without delay.

    (3) If the Customers request correction or deletion of errors in the personal information, the Company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

    (4) The exercise of the rights under Paragraph (1) may be done through an agent, such as a legal representative or delegated persons of the Customers. If the rights are exercised by a representative, a power of attorney in accordance with the relevant statutes or subordinate administrative rules such as the Personal Information Protection Act shall be submitted.

    (5) Customers shall not infringe on the personal information and privacy of themselves or others whose personal information is being processed by the Company in violation of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

  • (1) The Company shall destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of processing the personal information is achieved, when the period of retention and use of the personal information consented to by the customer has expired, and when the customer withdraws his/her consent to the collection of personal information by the Company.

    (2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), if it is necessary to preserve the personal information in accordance with the provisions of the relevant statute, the personal information shall be stored and managed separately from other personal information, and the personal information shall be destroyed without delay upon the expiration of the retention period under the relevant statutes.

    (3) The Company will destroy personal information in the form of electronic files using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable, and personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.

  • The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

    (1) Administrative measures: establishment and implementation of an internal management plan, operation of a dedicated organisation, regular training for employees on the protection of personal information, etc.
